Knife Ring Flakers

Used for processing wood chips, or recycled wood into splinters - a raw material for the production of MFD boards. We supply flakers in two variants:

• G24-750 / 74
• G20-500 / 74

In addition to the machine itself, our deliveries include the delivery of a vibrating feeder, integrated separators for metalic and mineral impurities, including drives and the main motor, and related steel structures.

Both types work on the same principle - sorted material from the magnetic and air separator is sucked into the machine by air, where the rotor throws it against knife ring, chips pass through the gap between the knives and the rotor, falling into the hopper hole under the machine for further processing. Relatively even wear of the knives is ensured on the one hand by the rotor construction and on the other hand by the counter-rotation of the knive ring. Parameters of the produced splinter incl. power are given by setting the offset of the knife ring knives relative to the rotor counter-knives and, ie the width of the gap between the knives.

The flaker is equipped with an internal replacement lining of sheets made of abrasion-resistant material of the Hardox type, which ensures increased wear resistance.

Mill machines

Used for milling wood mass or recycled wood - coarse chips, flat chips into high-quality fine chips of the core or fine surface layer of MFD boards.

We supply both wet and dry mill.

In addition to the machine itself, our deliveries include the delivery of a vibrating feeder, integrated separators for metalic and mineral impurities, including drives and the main motor and relevant steel structures.

Both types work on the same principle - the sorted material from the magnetic and air separator is sucked by air into the machine, where the rotor throws it on the grinding plates mounted in the grinding path. The processed material passes through Conidur sieves on a dry road.

The mills are equipped with an inner lining of abrasion-resistant Hardox sheets, which ensures increased resistance to wear.

We use hydraulic cylinders and extension rods for safer handling when changing the grinding path

ABN knife grinder

This grinder is intended primarily for grinding knives, or knives stored in a knife holder for flakers, mowers and other similar devices in the woodworking industry.

Two rows of magnetic clamps are used to hold the knives. The total length of the magnetic surface is 10.4 meters as standard (two rows of 5.2 meters). Up to 22 450mm long knives can be sharpened on this surface at one time.

It can be ground at an angle of 0-49°

We manufacture the grinder in sizes and modifications corresponding to the specific requirements of the customer. We also offer a comprehensive supply, including PLC control. The grinders supplied by us are also part of a fully automated unattended workplace where the loading and unloading of knives is provided by a robotic part of the workplace and the grinder works in automatic mode.

The complex grinding workplace is equipped with a filter unit for the separation of sludge from the cooling emulsion incl. its automatic dosing in the required concentration.

Spare parts

We produce a wide range of spare parts for machines from our production program, as well as for equipment from other manufacturers according to our own, or foreign documentation. These are mainly spare parts for these machines:

• Knife wreaths
• Rotors
• Shafts, pulleys, separators, bearings

Welded structures (cabinets, templates, load-bearing structures, etc.)

Other parts as required or third-party documentation. If necessary, we will process our own production documentation.
We also supply consumable parts for the following equipment: knives, knife holders, wear plates, protective plates and counter knives for rotors and grinding plates for mills.

We also supply high-precision parts for OSB rings (flaps, beams)

We also supply spare parts for sorters - sorting cylinders, segments. Alternatively, the entire fitted sorter bars.

We produce so-called debarkers gnocchi in modified versions

According to specific agreements with customers, we also create stocks for some ready-to-use parts and stocks for selected products, eg with a long delivery time (rotors, beam castings, gnocchi, etc.), so that we can operatively respond to customer requirements.
